Jiu-Jitsu is a fun way for kids to build discipline, confidence, physical strength, and self-defense skills. Our program also helps young kids learn how to work both individually and as a part of a team. Our goal is to help our young warriors develop leadership skills and self-discipline through Jiu-Jitsu. Our kids class is filled with techniques such as takedowns, ground control, escapes, submissions, and self defense. Our anti-bully program teaches kids and teens situational awareness and how to overcome uncomfortable situations. Safety is our number one priority and we ensure that all techniques are learned in the safest and most efficient manner.
We offer classes for kids depending on their age and size as follows:
3-4 years old, 5-7 years old, and 8-13 years old.
Adult Jiu Jitsu
Jiu-Jitsu promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage and technique. It emphasizes the ground fight by applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. Jiu-Jitsu offers a continuous learning process where you will evolve as both on and off of them training mat. Jiu-Jitsu offers you the option to learn a lifelong skill while getting into great shape. Overall, you will not only improve physically, but also build confidence inside and outside the gym.
If you want to take your Jiu-Jitsu to the next level, fix the holes in your game, or just have a more personalized learning experience, then our private lessons are perfect for you. We offer private classes options to individuals and small groups at our facility.
